Terms and Conditions 

for Use of This Site and Sale of Artwork

I. Title and Risk
(a) At the moment You pay for the Artwork, it becomes Your responsibility. Artist will not be responsible for damage that occurs in the process of delivery. Artist will use reasonable best efforts to prepare Artwork for shipment. 
(b) Artist assumes no liability for damage to Artwork and reserves the right to refuse any sale. 

II. Ownership of the Artwork Copyright
(a) Copyright in the Artwork remains the property of the Artist;
(b) You may not reproduce any image of the Artwork;
(c) You may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the Artwork to any third party, including any internet website for any purpose;

III. Breach
(a) Artist does not waive right to seek legal remedy for any breach of the above.
(b) Any breach may exceed the value of the Artwork listed on this site;
(c) Artist may request injunctive remedies against the breaching party; 
(d) Artist may request breaking party’s site operator to remove copyright infringement.

IV. Data Protection
Artist will maintain personally identifiable information of Buyer in the process of the sale of Artwork. This information shall not be sold, traded, or released to any third party, and may only be used to contact Buyer in the event that Artist wishes to borrow the Artwork for an exhibition. By purchasing Artwork, Buyer agrees to these terms. 

V. Governing Law
Agreement will be governed under the law of the District of Columbia.
